Domestic Shipping

• Small Single Item Orders:
  Items such as medallions, pins, key tags, rings, earrings, necklaces, and 3D stickers ship same day or next day via First Class USPS.

• Larger Orders (Multiple Items):
  Orders with multiple items will ship within 1-5 business days using USPS Priority Mail. These shipments are sent in a flat rate box, insured, and signature required upon delivery.

• Gold & Sterling Silver Jewelry / Rings:
  These items may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. They will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, insured, with signature required upon delivery.

International Shipping

• USPS International Shipping:
  International shipping via USPS is unfortunately not a reliable option for tracking outside the United States. Delivery can take anywhere from 10 business days to 6 weeks, depending on the destination. Tracking is not available once the package leaves the US, and SerenitySam is not responsible for lost packages once they leave our store.

• Duties & Taxes:
  International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. SerenitySam is not liable for any duties, taxes, or fees applied upon entry into the destination country.

Customs duties protect a country's economy, residents, and environment by controlling the flow of goods, particularly those that are restricted or prohibited.

 

Important Notes

• Signature Required: For orders valued over $100, we require a signature upon delivery for insurance purposes. If you are not available to sign for the package, we cannot insure the USPS delivery.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: SerenitySam is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped. We do insure larger orders to prevent loss, but we recommend being available to sign for your package to ensure secure delivery.
