30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: We cannot accept items sent back without first requesting a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at SerenitySamLives@gmail.com. We’ll review the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the one you have, and once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
